20th Century Boys Debuts at No. 2

The first of a three part series, 2oth Century Boys the Movie, debuts at Japan with a total of 625.61 million yen (US$5.78 million) made. They are currently being shown on over 310 movie theatres all over Japan and it was ranked number 2 in the box office.
20th Century Boys cost the producers US$55 Millions, and the people at Toei, distributors of the film, wish to earn back 90% of their production cost on the first movie alone. Although I’m not sure if that’s possible if they depend only on the Japanese market alone.
International release will be soonish, with the United Kingdom, France, and South Korea, where part of the movie were being shot at, getting their release on 11 September. I guess hope that the Singapore release issss REAL SOON!! DAMN!!
And oh, those wanting to see part 2 of the trilogy have to wait half a year because they will only come half a year once. T__T

In 1 Weeks Time..

In 1 week’s time, I would possibly be crying in my bunk because I would have missed my mum for 2 hours now!! BOOOOO ~>_<~
Lol. Yap. In exactly 1 week’s time, I am already in the army, said my “Oath of etc”, getting to know my bunk mates more and LOL at our bald heads. But still, it’s a phase of life every abled-body male must go through: Natinal Slavery Service.

Chrome VS Firefox VS Safari

A few days ago, Google launch it’s own browser, Chrome. And being one of the IT-saavy guys out there, I had to get my pedo paws on it and test it. And viola!! It’s working accordingly for me. But, my words won’t be enough to prove how good/ bad it is, only with stats will it prove to people out there, how good/bad Chrome is.
So, today, I decided to put Chrome to the test. It’s competitors: Mozilla’s Firefox 3 and Apple’s Safari.

Redefining Pedobear

Just a word before hand, if you are not able to handle images of young 2D girls in suggestive positions or poses, pls do not bother reading this post as it will contain random images of them. However, if you are able to ignore the pictures and read the text, pls feel free to. I do not want to be flamed for posting young 2D girls in this post. Kanji Dictionary

While waiting for Wall-E the other day, I bought a Kanji Dictionary. Not sure if I will be using it regularly, but comes in handy when visiting Japanese sites and learning how to pronounce the Kanjis, instead of Chinese-fying the Kanji everytime I see them.

Clone Wars and Wall-E Reviews

Yesterday, 28 August, was the premiere date for both movies, Clone Wars and Wall-E here in Singapore. Knowing that I have lot’s of free time during the day, I decided to catch the movies in the afternoon, where there were typically no one in the big cinema! WOOT!! Imagine being in the king seat. ^_^;
Oh, btw: I watched Clone Wars (CW) with Feidamu-san. He couldn’t join me for Wall-E cos he had something on. So, today, in this post, I’m gonna talk about my views on both movies. Stuffs that I will be touching about will be technical stuffs (3D, graphics, rendering, modelling) storylines, and some of my personal thoughts.
